I offer the following drinks on a regular basis. Please note that the menu may change at any time.
ESPRESSO DRINKS
Double Espresso
A concentrated shot of coffee brewed under pressure, rich and intense.
Americano
Espresso diluted with hot water for a milder flavor, similar in strength to drip coffee.
Macchiato
A double espresso “marked” with a small dollop of foamed milk.
Cappuccino
Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam.
Latte
Espresso with a larger amount of steamed milk, topped with light foam.
Mocha
Espresso with steamed milk and chocolate.
Aerocano
Americano made with aerated water for a lighter, smoother mouthfeel. Similar to nitro brew without the nitrogen.
Cortado
Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. No foam; smooth and balanced.
Buzzy Bee
Latte with honey and Peni Miris cinnamon (means sweet heat or honey spice).
Peppermint Patty
A latte with peppermint, vanilla, and chocolate.
Flat White
Espresso and steamed milk, similar to a latte but with a higher coffee-to-milk ratio and a thinner layer of microfoam
Honey Badger
Latte with honey, Peni Miris cinnamon (means sweet heat or honey spice) and cayenne pepper.
HANDMADE SODAS
I make handmade every fountain style soda fresh to order. My cream soda is made with premium flavors, soda water, freshly-made cold foam, and a sprinkle of pink sugar. Great for a hot day, or if you want something to add alcohol to for a refreshing cocktail.

Peach
A sweet and juicy flavor with a delicate, floral aroma. It captures the essence of a ripe, sun-kissed peach, offering a smooth and mellow sweetness that is both refreshing and comforting.
Strawberry
A sweet, bright, and fruity flavor that captures the essence of ripe strawberries, often with a slightly tangy finish.
Vanilla
A smooth, creamy, and aromatic flavor with a gentle sweetness and warm undertones. It’s a classic flavor that pairs well with many others.
Chocolate
A rich, decadent, and sometimes slightly bitter flavor, reminiscent of dark chocolate or cocoa. It provides a deep and luxurious taste.
Caramel
A rich, buttery, and sweet flavor with notes of brown sugar and a toasted, caramelized quality. It’s smooth, warm, and often has a slightly syrupy texture.
Espresso Fizz
A bold and robust flavor that combines the deep, roasted notes of espresso coffee with the fizzy, effervescent quality of soda, creating a unique beverage.
Peppermint
A cool, refreshing, and invigorating flavor with a sharp, clean taste. It provides a tingling sensation and a crisp, minty finish.
Hazelnut
A nutty and toasted flavor with a hint of sweetness. It’s warm, earthy, and often has a subtle, creamy quality.
Raspberry
A tart and slightly floral berry flavor, offering a balance of sweetness and acidity that’s both refreshing and complex.
Mix Your Own
You can mix any of my on-hand flavors to make the soda your own. I suggest raspberry vanilla or strawberry peach.

Cocktails at the Brewery
The White Squirrel Brewery makes amazing Espresso Martinis when I’m there. Just stop by the cart, grab a double espresso, and then take it to one of the bartenders!
If you want to try something different, you can add alcohol to any of my drinks at the bar.
